The information we collect from those we work with includes client names, company details, email addresses, postal addresses and invoicing details. We need these details in order to work with you. They will be stored on email and on our online bank account. The picture and sound data you send us, to be used for your project, will be securely stored in our servers, backed up and archived. We also collect data from visitors to our website via Google Analytics. Any analysis of this data is anonymised before use.
Additionally a client’s name and email address maybe manually inputted into our filesharing and project management systems. We use Media Shuttle, Jet, Frame io, Google Docs and DropBox. These systems use two-factor authentication when available. We endeavour to limit our mailing list to existing clients, collaborators and those who have made enquiries to us about future work. We will not keep more information than we need.
