Your privacy is a priority for us. We maintain full compliance with GDPR legislation to ensure we collect and store your data in a responsible and safe manner. The information we collect from those we work with includes client names, company details, email addresses, postal addresses and invoicing details. We need these details in order to work with you. They will be stored on email and on our online bank account. The picture and sound data you send us, to be used for your project, will be securely stored in our servers, backed up and archived. We also collect data from visitors to our website via Google Analytics. Any analysis of this data is anonymised before use.

Additionally a client’s name and email address maybe manually inputted into our filesharing and project management systems. We use Media Shuttle, Jet, Frame io, Google Docs and DropBox. These systems use two-factor authentication when available. We endeavour to limit our mailing list to existing clients, collaborators and those who have made enquiries to us about future work. We will not keep more information than we need.

In order to provide our professional post production and studio services, we assume consent to use your data in the ways outlined here. Do it Creative will never share, sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent. We make it possible for those who receive our marketing emails to unsubscribe from them. It is possible that some of our service providers will have access to your data, but only if this is necessary for us to deliver our services to you ie payment processing. Do it Creative is committed to protecting your personal data from unauthorised access and improper use. To help us do that we adopt appropriate policies and technologies. Our network is TPN protected. TPN is the Trusted Partner Network, which is owned and managed by the Motion Picture Association (MPA) This is the elite protection used by all the big studios, such as Disney, Warner Bros, Sony, and Paramount.
